I might have to convert a Microsoft Access database over to SQL Server in the future, anyone have experience with this before? I would assume it wouldn't be that hard as they are both Microsoft products.

I'm not sure because I don't use access but I won't be surprised if you can export to mssql or something.

You should be able to export the tables as flat files. Then re-import them into SQL Server. You might need to re-establish all of the relationships and unique keys and such though.
