What would you say is the most intuitive and easy to use version of Linux? My 80 year old grandma is fascinated by computers and the Internet, and she asked me to get her a PC. She's mainly going to be using it for reading online news and making Skype Video Calls, so I thought a Linux computer would be perfect for her needs.

For that requirement, I would think Ubuntu. It is a fully mature distro and is pretty user friendly on the desktop and other devices. That would be one to check out for her.
