Windows 7 SP2

    Why did they not make one of these? It is very frustrating when you do a fresh install and then have to install hundreds of security patches afterwards. They could of at least rolled them up into a no-extra-feature service pack that just bundles all the security updates. This is my one big gripe on an otherwise a great operating system.

    I read somewhere out there that Microsoft doesn't longer care about Windows 7, and that they are now starting to retire this operating system from the market.

    I think that Windows 7 was release to "heal" the failure of Windows Vista by giving users a Mac-like operating system, hence the reason why Microsoft seems to not be interested in any upgrade, security patch or service pack.
